UKUHLAZIYWA KWE-FINITE element (FEA)

Thina kwaForcyst sithuthukise indlela lapho uma umqondo usudalelwe futhi wamukelwa, silungisa isitatimende esiyinkinga futhi sibeka imibandela yemingcele bese senza iFinite Element Analysis ukuqinisekisa izindlela zokusebenza kanye nokwehluleka komkhiqizo owenzelwe.

 

Le ndlela yokuhlaziya isetshenziselwa ukuqinisekisa imibandela eyenzelwe ukunciphisa ubunjiniyela obedlulele kwesinye isikhathi.  Senza izinhlobo ezimbili ze-FE Analysis,  Iqinile futhi ilayini.

I-FEA yenziwa nge-software kufaka phakathi i-CFD esetshenziswa ithimba le-FORCYST ekwakheni umkhiqizo. Ukuhlaziywa kwe-FE kungeza izindleko kuphrojekthi kepha kusindisa isikhathi sokwakhiwa ngokweqile ngokungadingekile noma ngaphansi kokuklanywa okuyisisekelo.

Izinzuzo zokusebenzisa i-FEA ngesikhathi senqubo yokuklama ukuthi umkhiqizo ungahlolwa noma uhlaziywe ngezinto zangempela ezibonakalayo. Ngakho-ke le ndlela, isiza ukunciphisa nesikhathi kanye nokubiza kwephrojekthi.
